Phuket Villa Rental: a new but expanding part of Phuket Tourism

When it comes to villa rental in Phuket you are best advised to seek out expert guidance.

Naturally this market follows the fortune of the real estate market. The more investors in property there are the more villas to rent.

Many new villa owners tend to take the advice of the developer and leave the rental in the hands of the property management company; but naturally this is not the core business for such companies.

Some villa owners have recognised this and have chosen to market and manage their own properties and many of them are making a good job of it. They will usually select a good villa manager, chief housekeeper, gardener etc. And some arrange welcome packs of groceries etc.
