Villa Santi is targeting those discerning visitors who want the convenience of a hotel and the privacy of a villa or apartment. Villa Santi is located around 2 kms north of Patong Beach in Phuket. I understand there is a special law in Thailand which allows foreigners to own condominium units under a freehold (or lifelong) ownership. This freehold applies to the land as well.
